CEDIO developed a Training Cell for transferring information and knowledge to employers, equipping employers to translate that information and knowledge into practice and develop staff capacity for better output. Some people consider training as a luxury but training is more than just building the skills and knowledge of each individual and training is crucial to the development of human resources. DEARS has undertaken Training Cell as it is enabled the organization to contribute to the development of a human capital with a view to enhancing organization effectiveness and productivity, and the quality of the management of people.
